- The facilities is not functioning well as the tv cannot be operated by the remote given, the shelf is broken
- Exterior of building had lots and lots of pigeon droppings which carry disease. The room either smelled musty/bird droppings. Keeping the door open/switching aircond on didn't resolve it. Guests had to carry their own towels and TV remote to the room and towel was spray painted in Black with "CASA"

The room cleanliness was very poor and the smell inside was unpleasant. It was not worth for the money at all. There's a sign no smoking, but the surrounding has a smoking smell. Level 2 rooms looks like haunted.
